1. Information you provide
If you submit a form or contact me by email, I may receive your name, work email, organisation, professional context, message and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal data through the site.
2. Initial enquiries and protected material
The website enquiry form is for high-level professional context only. It is not a channel for confidential materials, documents or unnecessary third-party personal data. If an advisory conversation progresses and non-public information becomes necessary, confidentiality terms and the appropriate exchange route are agreed separately before materials are requested. Protected engagement materials are not collected through this form.
3. Technical information
The hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, access time and server logs.
4. Campaign parameters and local browser storage
The site may keep first-touch UTM campaign parameters, a referral source or partner reference, the first landing path and a limited external referrer path in session storage so that an enquiry can be connected to the page, campaign or professional introduction that brought you here. Query strings and fragments are removed from the external referrer before it is stored. These values are copied into a form only if you submit it. Session storage is cleared by the browser when the session ends and is not used to build a behavioural profile.
No advertising cookie, analytics provider, tracking pixel or third-party profiling technology is configured in this release. If that changes, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated before the tool is enabled.
5. How information is used
- to read, assess and respond to an enquiry;
- to discuss a possible project, role, collaboration or professional relationship;
- to keep the site secure and diagnose technical issues;
- to meet legal, administrative or dispute-resolution obligations where necessary.
6. Service providers
Netlify is used for site hosting and form processing and may process technical data and form submissions. Email correspondence may be handled through Google Workspace / Gmail. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security terms.
7. International processing
This is an international professional site. Data may be processed outside your country of residence where the hosting or email provider operates. You can contact me for more information about the providers relevant to your enquiry.
8. Retention
Contact messages are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, administrative, security, tax or dispute-resolution reasons. Hosting logs are kept according to the provider's own operational practices.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Send a request to e.gushchina@gushchina.tech. Identity verification may be required.
10. What this site does not do
- sell personal data;
- use data for targeted advertising;
- build behavioural profiles;
- use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects;
- intentionally collect children's data.
11. External links and security
External platforms process data under their own policies. Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed fully secure.
