Profile

Governance and implementation professional with 13+ years of legal, governance and operational work since November 2012, preceded by public-sector analytical work from 2009 to 2012. Strongest proof points: sole legal and governance function across an eight-company group; an independent multi-workstream practice since 2017; and a multi-module IP and personal-data governance system designed and now being operationalised inside a software company.

The through-line is the ability to diagnose a messy cross-functional system, translate requirements into roles, controls, registers, policies, workflows and decisions, then work through implementation with the people who must use it.
